Barre, VT, March 12, 2019: The Snell Group is pleased to announce they will be presenting at the SMRP Annual Spring Chapter Event on Thursday, April 11, 2019 in Ashland, NE. The Nebraska-Iowa chapter holds their annual event at the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum, a Smithsonian affiliate and the home to the largest collection of Cold War aircraft and artifacts in the United States! Attendees will have an opportunity to take the CMRP or CMRT at the event.

Matthew Clarke, Instructor and Consultant of The Snell Group, will present Choosing Where to Apply PdM Technologies. There are many ways to define a condition-based monitoring (CBM) program and maybe just as many options when choosing where to apply the recommended technologies. How will you choose to measure your program initially to your peers and then in the future to industry best practices? There are different strategies for this as well. This presentation is a simple but effective methodology that will help get you focused on applying the right technologies to the right assets. It is designed to provide companies the knowledge to effectively ramp-up their in-house programs.

The Snell Group works closely with the national Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP) to advance the maintenance and reliability profession and is looking forward to working with the NE-IA chapter.

The SMRP NE/IA Chapter has created a partnership with local community and technical colleges to promote available resources and to connect local students and professionals. Through this partnership, SMRP hopes to encourage more students to pursue careers in reliability and maintenance fields. https://smrp.org/Member-Services/Chapters/Join-a-Chapter/Nebraska-Iowa
