Inside Sales Professional

What can you offer?

Acting as an integral part of our team, the Inside Sales person support overall revenue/sales goals by:

  • Maintains customer relations and service existing customers, pursuing referrals and qualified lead prospects with all products and services
  • Write proposals and answer bids for both on-site and public training courses, inspection services and consulting work
  • Identifies and initiates potential cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Achieve and/or exceed individual sales goals, product mix goals and sales activity metrics (outgoing calls and emails, etc.)
  • Accurately records registration and sales information in database as well as other pertinent sales data
  • Overcomes prospect and customer objections/barriers in a relationship selling method
  • Records and conducts proper follow up activities with prospects and customers
  • Collaborates with other sales people and all Snell Group team members

This position requires a high degree of professionalism and service to Snell Group customers, prospects, and allies. We are looking for someone who has at least 3 years of inside/phone sales experience, preferably in business-to-business services. Candidate should be computer savvy in standard MS suite of products. The job requires strong time management and planning skills, as well as excellent telephone skills and a welcoming and friendly voice.
