The Snell Group is excited to announce that Jeremy Kays has come on board, in the position of VP of Global Operations. We will be expanding our team of experts and support in the reliability sector. Jeremy’s focus will be to grow the service department and he will be writing about the extensive line of services that The Snell Group offers in his new monthly blog. Each month you’ll be able to read a little more about his reliability journey!

Over the last 18 years Jeremy has had a great relationship with The Snell Group working as a field consultant. “It has been a wild 18 years since I began my journey in Thermography” says Jeremy, “I first obtained my Level 1 in 2005 from Snell Infrared and started up a company called X-Ray Eyes with my first infrared camera”. Performing heat loss scans and moisture detection in Sioux Falls, SD, Jeremy’s career has grown. Now a Level 3 Thermographer, his Predictive Maintenance expertise helps clients lower their costs and increase safety and production.

These are exciting times for our current and future customers. As both a training partner, and a solutions provider, Jeremy plans to help maintenance teams navigate the new NFPA 70B Standards and streamline their yearly or simi yearly shutdowns. “From infrared windows to electric motors, we want to be your one stop shop on your reliability journey” says Jeremy and quoting Terrence O’Hanlon (reliabilityweb.com) we encourage everyone to work with us to “create a future that wasn’t going to happen anyway”.
