Mikel Gatlin joined The Snell Group February 2025 as an Inspector-Consultant in Thermography.

Prior to joining Snell, Mike successfully owned and operated a Remodel Company specializing in high end custom residential homes. With great success he managed and coordinated all phases in the client's home renovation projects with various independent contractors. He has cultivated strong partnerships and delivered amazing results.

Mike also has expansive knowledge and background in underground utilities and infrastructure, holding positions as Utilities Foreman and Operations Manager. He also has several years in Hydro Excavation including  truck operations, training and management. He maintained Certification in OSHA; Haz whopper 40, Safe land PEC, confined space-H2S awareness.

Some of Mike's hobbies have been renovating old cabins. He loves vacationing with family and friends and spending time with his wife of 25 years.
