UT-RMC’s MARCON 2023 Maintenance and Reliability Conference at the Knoxville Convention Center

Barre, VT, January 6, 2023: The Snell Group is excited to present at the 26th annual Maintenance and Reliability Conference hosted by The University of Tennessee Reliability and Maintainability Center. MARCON 2023 will be held March 6-9 in Knoxville, TN at the Knoxville Convention Center. This is an important event for professionals to collaborate one-on-one with presenters, exhibitors, and other attendees in the field.

On Tuesday, March 7th Roy Huff will present a half-day workshop “The Roadmap to Success for Your Infrared Reliability Program”. From 8:00 to 11:30 he will discuss procedures, routes, scheduling, analysis, and reporting as well as look at what equipment may be needed. “A reliability program can be full of obstacles”, says Roy, Vice President of The Snell Group, “we can demonstrate important concepts to remember when setting up a safe and successful program using a thermal imager”.

On Thursday, March 9th, Roy will collaborate with Gavin Love, Southern Company, to discuss their paper “Start with a Great Finish Continuous Infrared Monitoring” from 1:00 PM – 1:45 at Ballroom C. Continuous monitoring opportunities offer effective and affordable infrared systems for monitoring critical assets. This presentation will discuss the benefits, pitfalls, and technical limitations that come from real-world installations.

The Maintenance and Reliability Training Conference is hosted annually by the University of Tennessee Reliability and Maintainability Center.
