Barre, VT, January 28, 2015: The Snell Group is pleased to announce a new member of their staff and team, Cary Weaver.

Weaver has joined The Snell Group as an instructor and consultant and will be teaching Level 1 – Thermographic Applications in the near future.

The new addition to the staff will allow the company to teach more students in more locations worldwide.

Weaver’s professional background consists of over 35 years of experience in the industrial field where his duties included: electrical maintenance, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and consulting, which makes him a perfect fit for The Snell Group. “One of the things we at The Snell Group pride ourselves on is the centuries of combined real world experience that our instructors bring to the table, and Cary adds another facet to our collective knowledge,” said Jim Fritz, president and CEO of The Snell Group.

Weaver’s IR certifications include: Level 1/2/3 as well as Electrical Applications for Thermography, Mechanical Applications for Thermography, and Thermography for Weatherization. He is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and completed his Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) from Villanova University.
