IR Talk

In the world of 2024 I cannot wrap my head around the AI that is evolving very fast. People are trying to figure out how it can help them run their companies, their lives and everyday task. I see it as an evil for the most part it takes away your ability to be a self-thinker and is only as good as the people behind it, which I don’t trust. However, I don’t want to throw the baby out with the bathwater because I also think there can be some good that comes from it. It can help companies with training, safety and other human behaviors for the workplace. Here is a Quick Look into it for a little fun. And again remember “Our Knowledge. Your Advantage.®

We asked ChatGPT to write a poem about infrared thermography and this was created almost instantly.

"In the realm where unseen heat does play,
Infrared reveals what hides away,
A spectrum's dance in hues unseen,
Where thermography reigns supreme.

In whispers of warmth, a tale unfolds,
On screens of black, where secrets hold,
Electrical veins pulse and flow,
Invisible stories, they come to show.

Through circuitry's heart and transformer's might,
Thermography unveils with gentle light,
Each connection, each node, it marks with grace,
In patterns of warmth, it finds its place.

From substations grand to factory floors,
Infrared's gaze seeks out the cores,
Of machines that hum with silent power,
Their thermal signatures, like a flower.

In the darkness deep, it paints a scene,
Of energy's flow, serene and keen,
Detecting anomalies, before they swell,
Preventing disruptions, all is well.

Oh, infrared lens, with your spectral sight,
You illuminate the hidden plight,
Of systems complex, where currents roam,
In your radiant gaze, we find our home.

So, here's to you, thermography bright,
A poet's ode, in praise tonight,
For in your heat, we read the tale,
Of systems alive, where energies prevail."
