Should I just use a temperature-based system where the warmer something is, the higher its repair priority? While an important consideration in reality temperature is only a small part of the entire prioritization equation. Attendees of this webinar will learn that there are a number of other factors to consider when diagnosing the severity of a problem and how to better characterize their findings.
