Kelli Fritz

General Manager

Kelli joined The Snell Group in 1999, initially to help with accounting on a part-time basis when the company was just getting started. As the company grew, Kelli was promoted to Controller. Her duties included recommending and establishing major corporate economic strategies and policies for the company’s global operations, as well as preparing reports, forecasts, and budgets. She is also in charge of banker relations, as well as advising management about the wide range of insurance needs. In addition to these financial duties, Kelli was also the Director of Human Resources managing Team Members as well as the company benefit programs.

In 2015 she was promoted to General Manager, watching over the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as retaining her Human Resources functions.

With a wide range of experience in personnel management, money management and accounting, Kelli has honed her skills to successfully manage the expanding business and workforce of The Snell Group. Her professional background includes working for Kemper Securities in Albuquerque, New Mexico as their office manager and trading assistant. She also worked for a John Hancock Money Management firm in the Securities trading department.
