Rich joined The Snell Group in May of 2019 bringing 15 years of sales and customer service including business to business and business to consumer with such companies as Pepsi, Calmont Beverage and National Life Group. A fan of infrared and technology Rich is excited to learn more and help grow the global presence.

Rich believes providing great customer service is the foundation for any sale and customer experience. He works hard to help any customer whether new, current or potential understand their training needs, the benefits of training, and how The Snell Group could best meet their needs both currently and in the future.

A lifelong Vermonter, Rich currently resides in Barre with his wife and six children serving as a city councilor/baseball coach and volunteer with The Barre Partnership. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, trying new local craft beers and enjoying all Vermont has to offer while pursuing his own higher education.
