IR Thermography, when applied to mechanical systems, can either be a frontline technology or used for validation and correlation of the findings of other technologies.  Whichever is the case, there are ample opportunities to use thermography to improve asset reliability.  Important reliability metrics such as Meantime Between Failures (MTBF) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) among others can be dramatically impacted by including critical mechanical assets in an IR Inspection program.  Our webinar will discuss the types of equipment that can be effectively inspected with thermography and the failure modes that can be detected in them.
