Again, I go out for ANOTHER insurance required or "requested" inspection yesterday. I am grateful the business they send no question. But why don't people just think proactively? This was a 14 story apartment building downtown Cleveland. They wouldn't consider doing fire system maintenance every 3-5 yrs.... If only we had the influence Factory Mutual, Chubb and others have!
