I was ask to look for broken steam lines in the ground. They knew they had leaks but the bean counters wanted it confirm before spending the large amount of money. ART

Jesse, Well kinda 0700 in the morning. It was still dark.
Keep in mind steam lines are often buried in a "sleeve". Hot spots on the surface may only show the area where the steam is escaping the "sleeve" and not pinpoint the leaking steam line. A disclaimer in the report should cover you.
